just to update

i am now Out Of Training

meaning tat when others are doin their training i will be helpin out in the store

this is due to my flat foot which is causing me lotsa pain when i wear my boots and after i take off my boots

it still do hurts

even for now

there is still acute pain

waiting for my appointment with the specialist

hope everytin will be fine yeah
